Sky full of models: aircraft construction workshop for young and old!
The Lindenau Museum in Altenburg attracts model building enthusiasts. From 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m studioLEONARDO Exciting workshops take place that appeal to both children and adults aged 6 to 99. The model sports club Altenburger Land e.V. lays the foundation stone for the construction and individual decoration of wooden airplanes on four dates in July and August. The first dates are July 5th, 12th, 26th and August 2nd, 2025.
What sets the workshops apart? Here you not only have the opportunity to design your own aircraft model, but also to learn how to put it into practice with expert support. The participants can demonstrate their good skills and express their creativity. At the end the models are ready for the big one Baptism of fire on August 16th at the model airfield in Prehna, where the self-built aircraft will then be let into the air.
Details on registration and participation
Participation in these workshops requires registration for at least two dates. The fee is 8 euros per person, which is a good deal for such a creative experience. Anyone interested can register by email at studio@altenburger-museen.de or by phone at 03447 8955-430 / -451.
