The next pollutant collection is just around the corner in Altenburger Land! From Monday, June 16, 2025, citizens will have the opportunity to dispose of their hazardous waste at several locations in the region. A commitment that not only protects the environment, but also frees your own living area from unwanted waste.
The exact dates are inviting and well spaced out. On the first day of the collection, the following stations will be offered in Altenburg:
- Montag, 16. Juni 2025:
- 10:00 – 12:00 Uhr: Altenburg, Richard-Wagner-Platz
- 13:00 – 14:00 Uhr: Altenburg, Hausweg/Containerstandort
- 14:30 – 16:00 Uhr: Altenburg, Mittelstraße/Ecke Franzosengraben
- Dienstag, 17. Juni 2025:
- 10:00 – 10:30 Uhr: Lucka, Altenburger Straße/An der Kirche
- 10:50 – 11:30 Uhr: Lucka, Clara-Zetkin-Straße/vor Netto-Markt
- 11:50 – 12:20 Uhr: Falkenhain-Meuselwitz, Friedrich-Engels-Straße/Höhe Nr. 14
- 17:20 – 17:50 Uhr: Lödla OT Rödigen, Dorfring/Platz am Denkmal
Important information about pollutant collection
Waste management is a key contribution to environmental protection. Even though it sometimes seems like everything ends up in a pile, sorting is crucial for recycling, for example. This ensures that valuable materials do not end up in landfill but can be recycled.
