Magical Aladdin musical and exciting events in Eichsfeld!

Today, November 1st, 2025, there is a lot to report from the region. The cultural and educational landscape has a lot to offer, and Cologne residents shouldn't miss it. In Duderstadt, for example, the Liberi Theater will bring the adaptation of **Aladin – the Musical** to the stage in the Ballhaus “Zum fidelen Anreischken” on November 29th. The starting age is from 4 years old, and the whole thing lasts two hours full of excitement, magic and a good dose of humor. The music comes from Christoph Kloppenburg and Hans Christian Becker, who combine different styles. Tickets start at 23 euros, with a discount of 2 euros for younger spectators up to 14 years of age. But it's not just cultural that's on offer. On November 6th, a road user training course will take place at the Urania Bildungsgesellschaft Eichsfeld. From 7 p.m., information will be provided here about the special features of road traffic during the late autumn and winter months. Education and lectures

For all those who are interested in international issues, the lecture “The Gaza Question” will take place on November 5th at 7:30 p.m. in the Marcel Callo educational center in Heiligenstadt. Matthias Kanzler from Violence Prevention Network will address Germany's perception of the Middle East conflict. Entry is free, an opportunity not to be missed.

Also on November 5th, from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m., the lecture “Healthy vessels – healthy heart” will take place in the Südharz-Klinikum Nordhausen. Dr. Sören Linsel sheds light on the topic of cardiovascular diseases and their risk factors. Access is free and registration is not necessary - a good chance to find out about your health.

Family offers and courses

For the little explorers and their families, the family afternoon with the motto “Archaeology for Explorers” is on the program on November 5th from 3 p.m. in the Mühlhausen Cultural History Museum. This interactive event allows children ages 8 and up to conduct mini-excavations. Entry costs 8 euros for adults, just 2 euros for children between 4 and 14 years old, and it's even free for the little ones under 3 years old. Registration takes place by calling 03601 / 85660.

Finally, we would like to point out the beekeeping beginners course, which will be offered by the South Harz beekeeping community from January 24, 2026. The course, which begins in the “Sachswerfer Handwagen” restaurant in Niedersachswerfen, includes 40 lessons that include both theory and practice. Graduation is scheduled for June 20th. Finally, it should be mentioned that Nordhausen University will soon celebrate its graduation for the 2024/25 class, where 374 graduates from the departments of engineering and economics and social sciences will be honored. The event is rounded off with greetings, speeches and musical contributions.
