On Saturday, August 9, 2025, the 29th “All together Football Cup” took place at the TSV Ulstertal Geisa sports facility. Organized by the Thuringian Football Association (TFV) and the Thuringia State Sports Association (LSB), a total of six teams came together to compete in an exciting tournament format. What's special: it sustainably promotes the fact that sport connects people.

The tournament was opened by Jörg Schünke, the “Integration through Sport” program manager at the LSB, and Angela Zimmermann, the district mayor of Geisa. Both highlighted the importance of fairness and respect in the sports community, a theme that ran throughout the event. High-profile spectators such as Peter Brenn, honorary member of the TFV, and Anja Kirchner, board member of the TFV and referee, showed their support for the participants.

An exciting tournament

In this format, the six teams played “everyone against everyone” on two small fields, resulting in a total of 15 exciting encounters. The results were hard fought, but in the end the Pamir team prevailed and became group winners with 13 points. The . Final table shows:

Awards and achievements

Special achievements were also honored. AFC Ariana's Faairi Samiullah was named best player of the tournament, while Diversity Gerstungen's Julian Krasnici was named best goalkeeper. The highlight, however, was Idris Akbari, who dominated the field as the top scorer with nine goals.

Jörg Schünke thanked the six teams for their fair play throughout the tournament, the referees Anja Kirchner, Michael Jendrusiak and Tristan Buls, as well as the tournament management and the helpers from TSV Ulstertal Geisa.

The event is part of the long-term “Integration through Sport” program. Taking up the idea of ​​a doctorate is of central importance. The fact that fairness is given high priority is a principle that also plays a central role in the “Integration through Sport” event, now in its 15th year DOSB reported. The focus here is on team spirit and a sense of responsibility.
