Exciting opening phase
With the start of the Flyeralarm Bundesliga on September 16, 2025, a few weeks after the test games, Jena will also have to adhere to a tight schedule. The competition and the first competitive games begin in the second round of the DFB Cup a week earlier. Jena is therefore challenged and will do everything she can to get the new season off to a good start.
A look at the preparations of the other Bundesliga teams shows that many teams are starting the new season with similar ambition. Bayern Munich and Eintracht Frankfurt, among others, have already scheduled their test matches, while other teams such as MSV Duisburg are still at the beginning of their preparations. FC Carl Zeiss Jena is also motivated and optimistic about the league's upcoming challenges.
All dates mentioned are subject to short-term changes, so fans should always stay tuned. The next few months promise to be exciting and we are excited to see what progress the team will make with its “summer timetable”.
