The unknown man is described as being around 60 years old and may be a bottle collector, indicating he may live nearby or be a frequent visitor to the area. In a striking display of anger, the man unleashed his aggression and even threw a shoe at the girl. A witness tried to stand between the two but was pushed aside. Not only are such incidents alarming, they also raise fundamental questions about child safety. The police are appealing for information to help identify the perpetrator ( MDR ).
