On Saturday, June 21, 2025, the city center of Sonneberg will become a musical stage. The Fête De la Musique takes place here for the second time in a row and promises a colorful spectacle with over a dozen artists from different music styles that will offer visitors an unforgettable day. This year the musical diversity in Sonneberg is supplemented by the introduction of a fourth stage. The planned locations are Piko-Platz, Obere Bahnhofstrasse, Hanns-Arthur-Schönau-Platz and Untere Bahnhofstrasse. From 3 p.m., numerous artists will create a good atmosphere by 10 p.m. Some musicians will even perform several times, so that the complete range of music can be enjoyed.

Bahnhofstrasse and the Bahnhofsplatz will be closed on the day of the event from Saturday, 7 a.m. to Sunday, 7 a.m. A section to the corner of Bernhardstrasse will remain closed to vehicles on Saturday from 2 p.m. to 11 p.m. In addition, bus traffic on Bahnhofstrasse is suspended on this day.
