Inclusion in sport

The declaration of principle “Inclusion in Thuringian Sport”, which was adopted at the 9th State Sports Day in 2015, confirms the will of the State Sports Association to support the self-determined and equal participation of everyone. The Thuringia State Sports Association offers support for athletes with disabilities through competent advice and the promotion of inclusion training for trainers and club managers.

The sports festival in Sonneberg and the upcoming family sports day show that there are many ways in which sport can bring people together and how important it is to experience exercise together and get everyone involved. And that, that's really a reason to celebrate!
