Mental Health Week: Confidence for young and old in the Wartburg district!

Mental Health Week in the Wartburg district will take place this year from September 29th to October 2nd, 2025 under the motto “Let confidence grow – mentally strong into the future”. This event, organized by the Wartburgkreis District Office, aims to raise awareness of mental health and provide preventative and psychosocial support. The focus is particularly on young people affected by mental illnesses, as well as their relatives and professionals.

Participants can obtain comprehensive information in the foyer of the Pab Center in Bad Salzungen on Tuesday, September 30th from 12:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. Free lectures cover exciting topics such as the influence of unemployment on health or dealing with stress. The focus is also on the topic of social media and its effects on mood. A highlight of the day is the film screening “Back on your feet – a film series about resilience in young people”, which starts at 6 p.m. and is also free.
