The city, which was shaped by the great poets Goethe and Schiller, will be the focus of an exciting episode of the program “On the Road in Thuringia” on Saturday, July 12, 2025, which will be broadcast on MDR at 6:15 p.m. The captivating documentary with reporters Lars Wohlfarth and André Plaul is entitled “Rediscover Weimar” and invites viewers to explore the many facets of this UNESCO World Heritage City.
