A new chapter is opening for the UFA in the vibrant capital of Berlin. In 2026, the renowned film and television production company will move from Potsdam-Babelsberg to the newly built “Be.Yond Office” office building at Schöneberger Ufer 69. The move is not just a spatial change, but a strategic step to be closer to the creative talents and partners who work in the metropolis. With a rental area of an impressive 2,840 square meters, UFA will occupy the top three floors of the building, which are equipped with attractive roof terraces and a breathtaking view over Berlin, as Immobilienmanager reports.
The “Be.Yond Office” is not only an architectural highlight, it also embodies modern demands for a sustainable and collaborative working environment. With a total area of around 11,500 m², which is scheduled to be completed in 2025, the building offers everything your heart desires. Riverside Villa GmbH, which is represented by Soravia Germany, has tackled the project and is relying on innovative building technology. The MBN branch in Berlin also carries out construction work. This is rounded off by the striking and elegant architecture of the nine-story building, which underlines the representative character of the surrounding area, explains MBN.

The facade of the “Be.Yond Office” made of metal, natural stone and floor-to-ceiling windows not only ensures a modern look, but also optimal light. Another plus is the flexible rental space, which allows offices to be designed according to individual needs. Particularly noteworthy are the open spaces and terraces, which allow employees to work outdoors and enjoy the view over the Landwehr Canal. These high-quality design measures should also contribute to the improvement of the bank, according to MBN.
With this move, UFA didn't just choose the beautiful location. The new location will be equipped with advanced building technology, including air heat management and a photovoltaic system. This significantly reduces UFA’s ecological footprint in Berlin.
