Something is happening in Eberswalde! The Eberswalde career market is celebrating its return and preparations are in full swing. On January 17, 2026, the regional training and study fair will open its doors in the Upper School Center II Barnim and give all interested young people and exhibitors the opportunity to network with one another.
Registration for exhibitors has already begun and is available online. Companies, universities and institutions should use this opportunity to present their training and study offers. Registration takes place at this link, and participation is free of charge for exhibitors. Mayor Götz Herrmann will act as patron of the trade fair and has already assured his support.
What can visitors expect?
Numerous exhibitors will be on site on the day of the event, which lasts from 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The careers market offers the ideal platform to talk to companies and obtain valuable information about training, internships and dual study places. Last year, the trade fair attracted around 1,900 visitors and 108 exhibitors presented their offers. This year the organizers hope to increase curiosity and interest even further.
The event is organized by a strong alliance of local partners - the Upper School Center II Barnim, the Eberswalde Employment Agency, the Barnim Job Center, the Barnim Youth Employment Agency and the city of Eberswalde. This collaboration underlines the commitment to enabling young people to make a smooth transition into working life.
