The 40-year-old came to the Oberhavel Clinics in February 2023, where she acted as head of the administrator and authorized officer. After the planned retirement of Dorothea Mantei in May 2023, Gröper also took over the business at the management level. In the past two years she has worked into all business areas, which helps her to consider the needs of both the patient and the employees. "The management of a clinic administration is a big challenge, but I see it as an exciting task," says Gröper.

Digital solutions are essential to increase the flow of information and efficiency. Gröper plans to change the Oberhavel clinics both structurally and professionally. "We now have to set the course to transform the Oberhavel clinics into an attractive employer," she emphasizes. Her predecessor Mantei was already on the right path with some preparations and Gröper was planning to continue this thing consistently.
