Reading summer in Werder: Adventure for small bookworms starts soon!

On July 24th, the reading summer in the city library will start again in Werder (Havel), and the community is already looking forward to this. Students of the 3rd to 6th classes are cordially invited to take part in this exciting program, which lasts until September 5th. Everything is about reading here, and there are exclusive summer reading books that are only available for this period. It is particularly exciting that after reading a book, the participants can make an entry in their reading logbook, which makes the gleses summer a personal adventure for many.

The registration opens on July 1. A valid library ID that is free for children is required. A maximum of three books from reading summer may be loaned. Of course there is also the possibility to borrow up to two books from the children's library if no suitable summer book is found. This ensures that no reading fun is lost for the rest of the summer!

A special highlight of the reading summer is the final party on September 24th, in which the participants are rewarded with a certificate for at least three books. The star guest of the festival will be the well -known author Tina Kemnitz, who with her book recommendation show "Great Book!" the children will take with them to an exciting reading trip.
