Perleberger Late Shift: A festival full of music, dance and enjoyment!

Things are going to get hot in Perleberg! It's waiting on June 20th Perleberg late shift for everyone who enjoys shopping, culinary delights and good music. Organized by the City Initiative Perleberg in cooperation with retailers, restaurateurs and other actors, the spectacle begins at 4 p.m. Admission is free – making celebrating child’s play for everyone!

As usual, the cozy streets of the city center offer a varied program. A highlight will be the fashion show by the DKR social boutique, followed by the impressive dance performance by the dance school “Quer durch die Gasse”, where around 100 dancers will be seen on stage. The atmosphere becomes even more festive when the “Sound of Pearls” flute orchestra opens the program at 6:30 p.m.

Innovation in Hagen

There is an exciting innovation this year: The Hagen will be converted into a concert venue, an initiative by Ingrid Wegner that is supported by the 2025 participatory budget. Here, visitors can look forward to further musical highlights such as the “Big Band Live Sound Orchestra” and the performance of the “Teenage Dream” from the Prignitz District Music School. Of course, your physical well-being is also taken care of - the gastronomy offers summer dishes, refreshing drinks and sweet specialties.

The second late shift on June 28th

The fun continues! The next one is on June 28th Perleberg late shift from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. The city center is once again turning into a mecca for night owls and shopping enthusiasts. The shops are open until 10 p.m. and the traders on the Großer Markt, Schuhmarkt and Bäckerstrasse have a few surprises in store.

Janine Roder, the chairwoman of the City Initiative, has already made the final preparations to ensure that everything goes smoothly. Also new is Rüdiger Otto from Tabak Ambiente Service, who invites guests to a whiskey and cigar tasting. The opening program at 5 p.m. at the shoe market with Janine Roder and Mayor Axel Schmidt promises a celebratory start.

Entertaining activities and musical highlights

The dance school “Across the Gasse” is celebrating its 15th anniversary and is showing an exhibition in the warehouse. And of course the fashion show on Bäckerstrasse, organized by several shops, will not be missed. From 6:15 p.m. to 6:45 p.m., fashion enthusiasts can marvel at the latest trends. Anyone who dares to use the glasses scale has the chance to present the heaviest glasses and win a new pair of glasses - more precisely, they will be weighed between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m., and the winner will be announced at 9:30 p.m.

But that's not all! A dance performance will be presented at the shoe market at 7 p.m., while the duo Memory from Rostock will provide musical entertainment from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Even the little ones don't miss out - a craft stand from the Protestant kindergarten "Perlenkinder" and a bouncy castle from the volunteer fire department are available to keep the children busy. Flower lovers can look forward to making flower wreaths with Villa Wir and the Blickfang flower shop. And of course, the restaurants such as the Belluno ice cream parlor and the Burgerschmiede spoil guests with culinary delicacies.

One last note: The popular one Roland Festival in Perleberg is also worth a visit, even if the next date is not yet known. There will certainly be many exciting attractions and a great program waiting for visitors here.
