Next Saturday, June 28, 2025, the lake stage in Templin will be the setting for a fascinating encounter of dance styles. The fifth edition of the “ConeXion” event brings together international dancers in an impressive open-air dance battle that begins at 6 p.m. The spectacle is organized by the UMtanz e.V. association in cooperation with the Multicultural Center Templin (MKC) and promises an unforgettable experience for all dance enthusiasts.
Nine top-class, professional dancers from different countries will present their skills in the styles of ballet, street dance and contemporary. This diversity not only provides visual highlights, but is also an emotional and energetic experience for the audience. The artistic direction is in the hands of Yeri Anarika, who scores with her flair for creative encounters and rousing choreographies.
A colorful evening full of dance and music
The program is designed to be varied. In addition to the dance battle, the young dance company from UMtanz will be thrilled with a new piece. The combination of intense competitions and creative performances makes the evening an unforgettable experience. The event is rounded off with a dance party, where everyone present has the opportunity to shake a leg themselves.
DJ Chamigo Hugkleson from Berlin will provide the musical accompaniment and will heat up the mood with his beats. In addition, physical well-being is taken care of; There is a snack and drinks stand on site so that no one has to go home on an empty stomach. The event is supported by funds from the Ministry of Science, Research and Culture of the State of Brandenburg, which underlines the importance of this cultural highlight.
