Uckermark invites you: Sports festival without entry fee and with a concert!

The 6th Uckerländer Butterfly takes place on Sunday, September 21st, and the anticipation of an active outdoor event is huge! The event, organized by Falk Brödner and his team, is aimed at all outdoor fanatics and sports enthusiasts who would like to work out hiking, jogging or cycling. A highlight: Participation is completely free, which is a welcome opportunity for many to exercise in the fresh air and enjoy the landscape. Northern Courier reports that donations are welcome to continue the event.

Participants have the choice between different routes. Last year's route of 10.6 kilometers leads from Milow via Lübbenow and the Trebenower gravel path back to Milow. For particularly ambitious athletes, there is also an optional route of 21.6 kilometers that leads through picturesque regions such as Louisfelde and Karlsburg. Of course, you also need a bit of variety, which is why the running route is adjusted regularly - so there is something for everyone!

Festive atmosphere and culture

After the sporting activities, a pasta party in the “LeuteHaus” in Milow 12 invites you to a relaxed end. This is the perfect moment to put your feet up and chat with like-minded people. A special cultural highlight of the day will be the concert by Bruno Fidelis from Berlin, which begins in the courtyard at 2:30 p.m. Admission is free and donations are welcome to support the musicians.

An event like this not only offers the opportunity to keep fit, but also to strengthen the community and have a good time together. For everyone who loves nature and sports, September 21st is already on the calendar!

At a time when health and well-being are becoming increasingly important, this event shows how you can combine the two - fun with exercise and cultural experiences. If you still have concerns about whether you can keep up with the sporting activity, you don't need to be afraid. Whether young or old, experienced runner or recreational athlete, everyone is warmly invited to experience the event and take part. A bit of exercise and a good portion of pasta afterwards – sounds like a perfect Sunday!
