In the second half of the day, there is a risk of heavy rain lasting several hours in parts of the eastern edge of the Alps, which can locally cost up to 35 l/sqm in a period of six hours. This refers to the DWD to the risk of storm-like heavy rain with up to 30 l/sqm in a short period of time. This situation could become particularly worrying on Thursday when the thunderstorms are concentrated in the north and east.
