When this failed, they simply smashed the door window and got into the checkout area, where they tore out several drawers and placed them in the parking lot. On the same day, officials carried out checks on the B1 between Reesen and Hohenseeden, which led to the discovery of six violations of the overtaking ban. The fine for the affected vehicle drivers is 70 euros. Anyone who ignores traffic rules should be aware that the police are keeping a watchful eye.

On November 9, 2025, speed checks were carried out in Hohenwarthe on the L52 between 3:15 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. The result: seven violations, with the fastest driver being clocked at 136 km/h.
