The coming weeks will bring some changes for the State Administration Office of Saxony-Anhalt (LVwA). From Friday, June 26th to Saturday, June 27th, 2025, the authority's accessibility will be severely restricted at all locations. The reason for this is urgent work on the IT network, which is necessary to ensure smooth administration processes in the long term. The State Administration Office informs you that during this period e-mails and messages via electronic legal transactions cannot be processed.

Which facilities are affected? Those affected include the central contact point for asylum seekers, the state reception centers in Magdeburg and Stendal, and the Institute for Fire and Disaster Protection. The state of Saxony-Anhalt's training and further education institute will also not be available as usual. Authority structure and tasks
