In Dresden, for example, the water level is now 64 cm, which is 57% below the average. Flood warning levels and current situation
The flood warning levels in Saxony are clearly defined. Alert level 1 means minor flooding, level 2 means medium flooding, and at alert level 3 flooding of properties is to be expected.
