Scooter concert in Dresden: All the tips for an unforgettable experience!

On August 15, 2025 there will be an exciting event in Cologne that many fans are eagerly awaiting. Scooter's concert, known for her energetic beats, will take place in the city center. The anticipation is great, and that doesn't help the traffic situation at all. We therefore recommend using public transport to get to the event in a relaxed and stress-free manner. Tram lines 3, 4, 7 and 9 stop directly at Neustädter Markt, which makes getting there much easier. The ticket for the concert also serves as a travel document - four hours before to six hours after the event, it can be used to travel in the entire local transport area of the VVO network area, but with the exception of special transport. Online tickets should definitely be printed out to avoid unnecessary delays.

A total of 400 parking spaces are available for cyclists, divided into 300 at the Augustusbrücke entrance and 100 at Carolaplatz. Barrier-free toilet facilities are also available and are located on the balcony of the venue. Spectators with disabilities can look forward to a special parking area for wheelchair users in the Ministry of Finance. Security precautions are high, as there is a security check upon entry, during which a body search can also be carried out. The organizers assume no liability for any items brought or lost. Therefore, they recommend only taking the most important things with you such as your cell phone, keys and wallet.

What is allowed?

Anyone planning to bring additional items to the concert should be careful. Bags and backpacks larger than DIN A4, professional cameras, video devices, audio recording devices and various electronic devices are prohibited - apart from cell phones and small power banks. Food and drinks, with the exception of a maximum amount of 0.5 liters in an originally sealed PET bottle or Tetra Pak, are also taboo. Chairs, weapons, glass containers, large flags and umbrellas (except for small tots) are also not allowed. Lastly, visitors should note that drugs and people under the influence of alcohol are not allowed entry.

The venue also has clear regulations regarding the protection of minors. Children under 6 years of age are not allowed to be present, while young people up to 16 years of age are only allowed access when accompanied by an adult companion. Anyone between the ages of 16 and 18 can stay until midnight with a valid ID - an important point for parents and young concert-goers.

Unforgettable experiences

In addition to Scooter's rousing concert, there will also be exciting events at the same time that might be of interest to guests in and around Cologne. For example, the Victory Verticals Member Event will take place at the Museum of Flight on the same evening. From 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. you can experience music history live in good company. The following day the “Victory Verticals LIVE!” from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Guests can experience live performances on a historic Steinway piano from World War II — a very special atmosphere!

Every fan of history, aviation and music, young and old, has the opportunity to learn something new at the weekend workshop, which focuses on science, technology and aviation topics. Such events round off the offering and offer many the opportunity to discover new things in the fascinating world of aviation and music.
