Görlitz, Deutschland - A fresh wind blows at Sparkasse Oberlausitz/Lower Silesia. Grit Fugmann, the new CEO, presents significant changes in the pricing of her account models on the occasion of her 100-day anniversary. From October 1, 2023, new offers will be available to customers who target both private and business customers. Like the Sächsische reported, the previous conditions have been thoroughly examined and revised.

In the coming months, an increase in fees can be expected. The new account models contain a diverse offer. So there is the ** S-Giro classic ** for EUR 4.90 per month, the ** S-Giro-Plus ** for 6.90 euros, and for the connoisseurs under the account user: inside the ** S-Giro Comfort **, which has an increase at 11.90 euros. The latter offers a dispatcher advantage and a free online decabank depot, while the prices for business accounts vary between 9.90 and 19.90 euros. An essential innovation concerns pricing for young customers: younger customers up to 29 years can benefit from generous discounts.

The adjustments are not quite without, because the fees are above those of the direct banks that do not have to maintain branch networks. In order to obtain consent to the new conditions, customers can become active - be it online, via the app, at the ATM, in the branch or by letter. In addition, those responsible are aware that the cost increases could raise questions from customers.

But that's not all the Sparkasse is intended. It is also a long -term securing of the locations in the Görlitz district. The company will maintain its branch network by 2030. There are currently six consulting centers and 21 branches that are to be made future -proof. Moving to smaller objects is an option, but complete closures are not.
