The parking space is not only spacious, but also operated largely self-sufficiently. Travelers can look forward to modern amenities, including a fully automated wastewater disposal station and barrier-free sanitary areas. The prices are based on the market and offer a fair basis for users.

Bannewitz, with around 11,000 residents, is strategically located on the B170, just 15 minutes from Dresden city center. The mobile home park will be built directly near the Simmel market and a hardware store with a gas station. The latter is not only useful for fuel, but also offers tool rentals and emergency repair supplies, ideal for campers on the go.
Mayor Heiko Wersig emphasizes how important the new parking space is as a starting point for exploring the natural beauty of the surrounding area. The nearby Dresden Old Town and the breathtaking sights in Saxon Switzerland and the Ore Mountains are just a stone's throw away. Recommended daily routes lead, for example, to the Bastei Bridge or Königstein Fortress and offer campers a perfect opportunity to discover the region.
Modern amenities for travelers
The mobile home park will be equipped with high-quality infrastructure and digital innovations on an area of 10,000 square meters. The planned facilities include modern washing machines, digital booking systems and charging stations for electric vehicles. A restaurant under construction will expand culinary options for campers. Sensor-based lighting and a free Wi-Fi zone also increase comfort and safety on site.
