To new heights: Airplane model building workshop in the Lindenau Museum!

Lindenau-Museum Altenburg, Altenburger Land, Deutschland - Today on June 29, 2025, a very special event is coming up in the Lindenau Museum Altenburg. The workshop "At new heights" offers interested basters the opportunity to build their own wooden aircraft models and decorate them individually. Creative minds meet here, whether young or old, because the event is aimed at children and adults between the ages of 6 and 99. The ABG reports that the workshop in cooperation with the model sports club Altenburger Land e. V. is carried out.

The creation of the wooden aircraft takes place on four afternoons: on July 5th, 12th, 26th and on August 2, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. However, if you want to be there, you should hurry up, because registration is required - for at least two of the appointments offered. The participation fee is a friendly 8 euros per person. The end of the workshop series is celebrated with a solemn baptism of fire of the self-made models. This will take place on August 16, 2025 at the model airfield in Prehna.
