Things will be exciting again in the heart of Gera this year at Christmas: from November 27th to December 23rd, 2025, visitors can look forward to a diverse pop-up hut at the central market square. This is designed in cooperation with local traders, artisans and cultural workers and promises a daily, changing range of handmade gift ideas and culinary specialties. Gera.de reports that every day is creatively designed by different providers, which ensures variety and fresh ideas.
Participation in this inspiring market is particularly attractive for interested traders and cultural workers. You can secure a place in the hut for just 55 euros per day. Registrations are now available via an online application form, with the application deadline ending on October 24, 2025. Creative work in the marketplace
On May 17, 2025, Gera will captivate citizens with its first pop-up market on the market square.
