Sonneberg, Deutschland - The city of Sonneberg obviously has to fight with an unpleasant situation. After the residential area park in the cloud grass was redesigned after the demolition of an old people's home, the freshly set up benches and the new mini playing field have now been deliberately damaged. Six new benches, which were only set up in mid -May, were apparently defined with color after only six weeks of use. According to Sonneberg.de, the cleaning costs for the benches and the playing walls amount to around 1,500 euros.

In order to counteract this vandalistic behavior, the city has submitted a criminal complaint for property damage to the police. What exactly does property damage mean? According to Stark-im-amt.de, property damage is regulated in paragraph 303 of the Criminal Code (StGB).
