Led by Prof. Dr. Michael Schierack, a member of the Brandenburg state parliament, launched a remarkable initiative: The Cottbus City Sports Association now offers its member clubs the opportunity to borrow defibrillators for sporting events. Such an important measure, as Matthias Boddeutsch, administrator of the defibrillator at the city sports association, emphasizes, to ensure quick access to life-saving resources during competitions. “Quick help can be crucial,” says Boddeutsch.
