The first inquiries about renting out the studio have already been received, which shows that interest is already high.

Before a huge amount of work was put into the hall, it was previously used as a storage room and had quirky features such as a bed on the stage. Various materials from classified ads were used in the renovation. In addition to the necessary renewal of the electrical system, the building also received a new, separate entrance and a fire protection door. To protect the original parquet, it was covered with OSB boards.

A place for creativity and encounters

The newly designed studio already has theSinger-songwriter Stephattracted as a rehearsal location and will certainly serve as an inspiring place for many other artists and creative people. The opportunity to carry out creative work in such an atmosphere not only excites young talent, but could also invigorate the local cultural scene in the area.
