Magdeburg's city center will be the setting for the eagerly awaited event next weekendSwing festivals, which will celebrate its third edition from September 5th to 7th, 2025. Around 50 artists and a variety of bands will captivate the audience with a colorful program. The best thing about it: Admission to all events is free! This initiative is launched by the inner city interest group and guarantees a weekend full of music and joy.
The event extends over five stages in the beautiful city center of Magdeburg, including the Swiss milk health resort, the Monastery meadow at the Liebfrauenkloster, the Café atmosphere, the Cathedral King and the Sudenburg beer garden. Every day the musical activity begins at 6 p.m. and attracts not only swing fans, but also everyone who appreciates good music and a relaxed atmosphere.

On Friday September 5th the festival opens with great performances. Participants of the cycle tour are also expected, which promises additional excitement and joy.
Particular attention is paid to the culinary offerings: for the first time, beer will be brewed specifically for the festival“Machdeburjer Puparschkrappen”served - a limited edition in 250 swing-top bottles, which is likely to be very popular.
