Dresden, Deutschland - The hot expected season preparation from Dynamo Dresden is just around the corner! The SGD professionals will start training on Sunday, June 22, 2025. In advance, however, the players have the opportunity to test their fitness for individual running units. The sports medical examinations already took place in the University Hospital Carl Gustav Carus in Dresden to ensure that all players are fit and ready for the upcoming challenges, such as LR-Online reported.

However, not all faces will be shown at the start of the training. Niklas Hauptmann has to pause due to surgery in the abdominal and hip area. The 28-year-old playmaker will not be able to train for the time being. Claudio Kammerknecht will also be missing because he treats himself to a little break after an international trip. Dennis Duah could possibly even be borrowed and will not be there during the first training session.

First test games and training camp

The first test games are already scheduled: On Friday, June 27, 2025, the duel against FC Thuringia Weida is on the program, followed by another game against SV unit Kamenz on Saturday, June 28, 2025. These games are part of the intensive preparation for the coming season, such as Dynamo Dresden . An outstanding climax will be the training camp in Austria, which will take place in Windischgarsten from June 29 to July 6, while the team is housed in the "Dilly - The National Park Resort".
