A central project by Karl is the establishment of a fire service center (FTZ) that is due to go into operation in 2027. This is intended to help shorten the waiting times for fire engineering. However, the associated investments of 2.5 million euros provide discussions in the district council, especially from the ranks of the Afd.

Another important concern of Christian Karl is the improvement of school locations, in particular the merger of schools in Gebesee. He has already made progress in school policy, and this remains a central point in his political agenda. Furthermore, Karl plans to introduce citizens to enable citizens' inquiries directly and without making an appointment.
